FELLINI PER ME

Entree - Carpaccio di Carne & Fiori di Zuchinne fritti

 post dinner kisses

Last night I had dinner at Ristorante Fellini, which I love dining at during the week as the marina is a little more quiet than a weekend venture, and I can really enjoy the view they have there. Whenever I dine at Fellini I almost always order Carpaccio di Carne (beef carpaccio) for entree as it is one of my favourite dishes here on the Gold Coast, and last night was not an exception to my rule. Very simply dressed with olive oil, lemon and pepper, it tastes sensational and is very light, which I enjoy for a starting dish. Mr. E ordered Fiori di Zuchinne fritti which is the entree of choice for anyone who likes to dine often at Fellini, however we both ended up sharing our plates as both were too good to pass up.
For my main meal I went with a pasta and chose the Tortellini di pollo, which was a delightful chicken and asparagus tortellini in a pancetta and cream sauce. The other main on the table was Filletto di manzo alla rossini, a perfectly cooked char-grilled South Australian beef tenderloin. Ristorante Fellini is a one of a kind and the restaurant of choice for comtemporary Italian cuisine, I always love to dine there and the ambiance is just perfect. They surely have one of the best spots on the Gold Coast.
Last night I wore a silk dress by Carla Zampatti and pared it back with simple & elegant accessories.

TANGLE

I am lusting after this adorable cuff by Saint Laurent. The cuff can be worn together or seperately as bangles, and would go with just about anything. Why is it I always see something online that would look great with the evening's outfit?

NEW LOVE

So The A-Line is finally up and running, and thank god as I could not wait to post this outfit. As it's my first post I decided to wear something from new online boutique, AnotherLove. Based here on the Gold Coast and selling nationwide, our very own and now my very favourite online store is stocking some of the best pieces from international designers.
I chose a gorgeous floral paisley number by CARVEN and have not wanted to take it off since. This tie front dress sits so beautifully and feels incredibly light, it will definitely cross over into the winter wardrobe easily, pared back with a pair of black tights and a pea coat. I'm a little excited for Winter this year.
For an extra colour punch I could not resist this Sophie Hulme envelope clutch, which I think will also look great as part of a casual look with a pair of boyfriend jeans, ballet flats, and a white t-shirt. Oh so chic.
