post dinner kisses
Last night I had dinner at Ristorante Fellini, which I love dining at during the week as the marina is a little more quiet than a weekend venture, and I can really enjoy the view they have there. Whenever I dine at Fellini I almost always order Carpaccio di Carne (beef carpaccio) for entree as it is one of my favourite dishes here on the Gold Coast, and last night was not an exception to my rule. Very simply dressed with olive oil, lemon and pepper, it tastes sensational and is very light, which I enjoy for a starting dish. Mr. E ordered Fiori di Zuchinne fritti which is the entree of choice for anyone who likes to dine often at Fellini, however we both ended up sharing our plates as both were too good to pass up.
For my main meal I went with a pasta and chose the Tortellini di pollo, which was a delightful chicken and asparagus tortellini in a pancetta and cream sauce. The other main on the table was Filletto di manzo alla rossini, a perfectly cooked char-grilled South Australian beef tenderloin. Ristorante Fellini is a one of a kind and the restaurant of choice for comtemporary Italian cuisine, I always love to dine there and the ambiance is just perfect. They surely have one of the best spots on the Gold Coast.
Last night I wore a silk dress by Carla Zampatti and pared it back with simple & elegant accessories.
